These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Badais International website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Our products are intended for business customers, including florists, event planners, and hospitality professionals. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for business purposes and are authorised to enter into a binding agreement.

All prices are displayed in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Each product carries a specific lead time indicating the number of days required for sourcing and preparation before dispatch. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, supplier delays, or carrier issues.

Payment is due at the time of order unless you hold an approved trade account with credit terms. Trade account holders must settle invoices within the agreed payment period (typically 30 days). Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and foliage, returns are not accepted. If products arrive damaged, wilted, or materially different from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will issue a replacement or credit at our discretion.

We take pride in the quality of our products. All flowers are inspected before dispatch and transported in temperature-controlled conditions. Our guarantee covers defects in quality at the time of delivery only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Badais International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and design, is the property of Badais International and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
